I am guilty of this. I head to the forum when there’s an issue to complain about. Like when my demo account balance was reset. So, I just wanted to say thank you to the support at Tradovate for restoring the balance on my demo account. It was crucial for me to have it restored because I am using it to forward test my strategies and need it to see where I am at. That’s all. Thank you, Tradovate support.
