I hope everyone is keeping well and wanted to benefit from the experience of longer term Tradovate users. I opened a new account and transferred an initial balance of EUR 5000 yesterday. Today I logged on and saw my account balance was $4782 - a difference of nearly 6%. I paid the costs my bank in The Netherlands asked, and was also told my account would be denominated in Euros.
Can anyone advise me on what recourse I have on this. I have accounts with Edge Clear and Ninja and nothing like this has ever happened before - a $220 cost on a deposit which was made in full accordance with the instructions Tradovate gave me.
