I used to think Tradeovate was the best platform, but my experience has changed my mind. First, when I issued a withdrawal request, the payment page got stuck, preventing me from scrolling to complete the details. Then, they delayed my refund request and sent the wrong amount—$92 was supposed to be refunded, but I only received €27. This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a platform.
I have never had any issues with withdrawals on Tradovate.
I’m really disappointed with this platform.
- Two of their support representatives ignored my replies.
- Tradeovate sent me the wrong amount and now this cases alrready being passed to the third person.
I’m done using this service. It feels like their support operates like bots—responding to one question and assuming the issue is resolved. It seems like they don’t care about customer satisfaction. Well done, Tradeovate.

support operates like bots, taking paycheck to paycheck dont care about customers replies and this tradeovate dont have a clear procedures on managing customers, they assumed after customer’s first question is replied the whole cases resolve, and the last thing they sending the wrong amount.
Completely agree with you that their customer support is the worst that I have ever seen. Very sad for such a good platform. If you expect good support, this is not the platform for you.
I also understand that there is a lot that can go wrong with transferring money internationally. This is no excuse, but when your customer support is this bad, then that is a terrible combination.
