All my trades have frozen on the platform and stcuk now in Trading view too. Anyone experience this? I have sent a support request
Happened to me several times today..my charts froze for several minutes on the browser.
yes, faced the same issue charts and trades froze for a few minutes. try refreshing the platform or restarting the app. also check your internet and clear cache if using browser mode. if it keeps happening, switch servers in settings or contact tradovate support.
