Hey everyone! Traded with Tradovate for quite some time now, always been amazing and no issues. I have a very fast mac that I use to trade. On Friday, not sure if its because it was a low volume day, I entered a trade and my P&L wasn’t moving for a minute and I thought hmm, it definitely froze. I immediately tried hitting the exit at market button, after about 20sec it refreshed, was still frozen for 10sec, and then unfroze, my trade was slightly in the red but thankfully it ended up going the direction that I was hoping for. I don’t typically use stop losses because I do quick scalps so it was quite scary to have downtime even for seconds.
Happen to anyone else?
