Am I the only one who’s platforms dom and tape didn’t started trading until 6:10 and when it did start it starred in the middle of the session and disregard the last 10 minutes meaning the high and low are now not correct. This is for both ESH3 and MESH3 for me. I’ve received nothing back for support so I don’t know what’s going on but this needs to be fixed ASAP

On a Mac for me but same program obviously
I have a similar problem. The price keeps moving but the candles do not move, if I change the timeframe the chart refreshes but does not update with each price movement.
When I sign I get an HTML screen. That is going right now and has happened twice in the last week or so.
It froze at announcement time, then it crashed. I haven’t been able to log back in. It displays a red block of code.
Tradovate worse since Ninjatrader acquistion. Going elsewhere.

i WAS UNABLE TO LOGIN FOR ALMOST 30 MINUTES, STILL THE CHARTS ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY AFTER THE 30 MINUTE OUTAGE…
Back into my account no indicators on my charts. Don’t trust it to do anything with it. Nice feeling
