My Tradovate is frozen. ZBH6 is stuck @ 115 02 and no histogram. Any ideas how to fix? I emailed support and they said it should be working. I already cleared the cache and cookies. Any advice is much appreciated!

The same issue persists, no live feed, no market depth, everything’s stalled on every single instrument, ES ZB etc.

It’s only for prop accounts, live accounts are working, got the same issue…
However, mobile app is working as usual though…
