Tradovate place trades automatically

Hello there, I click “Cancel All” and all other options after I trade but Tradovate placed 2 trades 2 times now. Damage is done. I’m here to ask what should I do to stop this situation. I’m a funded trader with Apex. I don’t use the DOM. I only use the chart to place trades. Any help ? Thank you very much. Have an awesome day.
