Problems placing orders

are there problems with tradovvate? i cant place a order and i know a lot of people have the same problem at this moment

Trading is temporarily halted

Same here. Had issues with limit orders rejected with “No quote available. Please contact support.” on NQU4 earlier, suppose they might have stopped orders to fix issues.

Haven’t heard of any other firms than Apex that have issues. But it might still be related to customer specific services Tradovate provides to Apex. Tradovates’ status page doesn’t indicate any general issues either: https://trader.tradovate.com/service-status.

TopStep is affected. I think every Tradovate eaccount is affected.

Same here. Last week I opened few trades to see how tradovate works and i was ready to start trading this new week and all i see is “Trading is temporarity halted affected Order:”

Hi got this problem, order rejected.
“your maximum order quantity has bee met. please change your quantity to place the order.if you would like to request an increase, please submit risk”

may i know the cause

Just wanted to share—I’m automating my trades from TradingView to Tradovate using pickmytrade.trade. It’s been awesome so far. Definitely worth trying out!
