Anyone else been getting crazy freezes during the last few sessions? Candles will stop moving then screen just goes black, have to restart then resign in etc

Yes through Apex and Topstep as well, they have informed me this is a tradovate issue and they are not responsible so after lossing accounts with thousands of profits in them, i also lost the activation fees attached to them for another couple of thousand.
