EUREX Time Increments

This appears to be more of a bug than a feature request…

Any chance we could make the time increments on the EUREX charts the same as all the other charts? For example, a 30-minute EUREX chart has candles opening at 0315 and closing at 0345. Similarly, one TPO period starts at 15 minutes past the hour and closes at 45 minutes past the hour. Every other chart with 30-min increments starts at XX:00 and ends at XX:30.

The hourly candlesticks currently (as of 1st November) when the Eurex markets open at the beginning of the week at 00.10 and progress throughout the week at 01.10, 02.10 and so on. With respect to the TPO charts the session parameters can only be set at 30 minute increments, i.e.: hh:00 or hh:30. The Eurex markets have a “pre-cash” session between 0700 and 0800 and a main “cash” session beginning at 0800. This can be confirmed by increases in trading volume at 0700 and 0800. still no answer? I have the same issue. We are paying additional for the Eurex and we get a chart that is not conform…and no answer from Tradovate…

yeah this has been an issue for a while the weird 15 min offset on eurex makes tpo and 30 min charts kinda messy would be great if they aligned the candles to start on the hour like other markets hope they fix this soon
