It would be very nice to be able to display a daily chart showing just the regular trading hours.
We have the option to set custom session times on everything but the daily.
Even if you cannot do custom sessions - Just the option to toggle between RTH & 24 hour would be fantastic.

This reason alone for me, I cannot use tradovate for opens. Gotta use tradingview with tradovate. Globex often writes the script of the open and for me to do price action, I need to switch back and forth. Your post was written in 2020-- here it is 2022 and nowhere do i even see it mentioned.
I found the solution to this on another thread because it’s also a must-have for me. Create a custom time frame with 1440 minutes and set it to RTH hours. Works perfectly. Although I do hope they eventually add an easy feature to switch back and forth like tradingview.

Works like a charm. We did this via time change So it CAN BE ADDED IN VIA code!!! . For the life of me I do not know why the web/desktop version does not have this. A simple script procedure.

yeah that need to add this so bad. the 1440 minutes is clutch though. just glad there is SOME fix.
