ApexTrader Evaluation account disabled due to inactivity message

I bought an apex trader evaluation account, and chose tradovate for it. But, I can’t open the account section in tradovate. I am having this issue.[PIC Attaached]

This is very important area to manage my risk, I hope some of you can help me.

i have traded every day . what mean inacivity ??

I have same problem why support not answer for this also I trade every day and they stop my account. But I still paying monthly not understand what is real problem because market go up and they stop you that can not trade.
