Uncaught Exception

I have been using the Tradovate desktop application on my MacBook Pro. Last night it worked fine and this morning around 6am EST I received an error opening the application which said “Uncaught Exception” and would not open. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but this didn’t work.

I sent support the console file around 6:30am but have not heard back. I still cannot open the application.

Has anyone experienced this issue before and have you been able to fix it?

I have been getting it also on a Windows computer. They had me switch to a beta version. It has gotten better, but every so often I will get the error. For Windows I open task manager and close it from there, and I am able to sign back in after that with no issues.
