Just one more thing to check: Make sure when looking up the contract to load the Chart on TradingView (when searching) to have the Tradovate box checked to the right. I was having the same issue with delayed data, but it was because I was loading the TradingView futures contract instead of Tradovate’s.
It seems to be working correctly today finally. Thanks to Tradovate support for getting on it

Hi Brian - Should I seek refund for the $4 monthly data from TradingView if this was a mistake on their end?

Is it normal for the data to be updated every second?
How do I find the CME dad subscription? I dont see it anywhere and when I try to do trades with trading view it always say non tradable symbol. How do I fix this?
I cant trade NG on TradingView via Tradovate. But Ive been using my demo account fine then when I switch too live I get that Im unable to trade using Tradovate?
