hello
i’m using tradovate api/websockets to fetch real time ticks data.
the api module is bought and market data has been subscribed.
but it shows the error “A real-time market data subscription is required for tick-base charts” error text and “NoServicePlan” as error code in the qoute subscribe on websocket response after all.
what is the problem and what can i do to solve it?
