Placed 2 Contract Order but It only Filled 1 Contract When Price Hit

I am using the web Tradovate. Whne I clicked on the chart, I initiated a 2 Contract Limit Buy. Price level hit, and the order was filled. I set my Stop Loss and Limit Sell with chart clicks as well and the buttons indicated 2 contracts.
However, when the price hit the Limit Sale, it only filled 1 contract…it happened twice today: screenshot attached.

Any ideas why that happened? I missed out on double wins.

Thanks in advance.

I am not using their web interface to trade… so i am guessing here.

The 4 include buys + sells (round trip for getting in and out of the position)

If i am right, it means that everything went well.

The only thing that makes me not trust that to be the case is the pts to $$ final:

Trade 1 - Buy 6096, Sell 6100.5 = 4.5 pts
Trade 2 - Buy 6090.75, Sell 6097.75 = 7 pts

11.5 pts for 2 ES Contracts ($100 per full pt) should = $1150

Agreed. The first screen shot is weird too… having 2 x sell stop at the same level as 2 x limit buy… because one you reach 6099.25, you will buy 2 contracts and immediately sell them.

I have seen multiple people on this site complain about bugs in the web interface and desktop app. This seems like one more example.

I build my own trading tool using the API and that works great… so I know the backend is good, but GUIs are hard

I might resort to using NT Desktop…don’t like it as much, but missing out on profits due to bugs is a no go. Thnanks for the input, Frik

that sounds frustrating could be a partial fill issue if there wasn’t enough liquidity at your price level or maybe one of the contracts got modified or canceled by mistake also worth checking if you had any bracket orders attached sometimes they manage individual positions differently if it keeps happening might be worth reaching out to tradovate support for a deeper look
