I have uninstalled and re installed the desk top version and it just does not work anymore. It opens up, loads up almost 100% but it is frozen. clicking on anything and wont it wont respond. I am tired of using the web browser version, it is always logging itself off or refreshing and I end uplosing all of my most recent work done on the charts…help!
