Horrible customer service and communication

Desktop platforms are down again. Web based platforms do not load community indicators so they must all me hunted down and installed again because saving the template is useless. Called customer service and they confirmed as such. I asked them why they don’t post on twitter, this site, their website, a discord room just for Tradovate users, something. Their answer was to hang up on me. Truly horrible horrible service.

Yep, I just posted this a few minutes ago. Sadly, I guess it’s time to look elsewhere for me. Tradovate Quickly Becoming a Dead Platform?
