Did you figure out what went wrong? A new user to Tradovate and if I cannot find a solution, guess I’ll try other platforms.

i switched to heikin ashi style candles… that resolved the issue somewhat

If you are seeing this you most likely aren’t on the most active contact.

If you click the view settings icon in the top right click the roll forward button and that should fix it.

I have the same problem? Just like gaps and dots etc no candles or when they do show up they aren’t normal. Did you get a fix?
