What does the error "The app is not registered" mean?

I have a trading system programmed and it used to run fine till now. I stopped using it for a while and now restarted using it. I receive this error stating “The app is not registered” when I request Access Token.

What does this mean? Do I need to regenerate API Key after some regular interval?
