Trading in NinjaTrader using a live Tradovate account

Hi everyone,

I currently have a live Tradovate account (not a prop firm account), and I’m wondering if it’s possible to trade directly in NinjaTrader using this same live account.

If so, could someone clarify what’s required to set this up for example, any specific connection settings, licenses, or API access?

yes, you can trade your live tradovate account through ninjatrader. just enable api access in tradovate, turn on “multi-provider” in ninjatrader, create a tradovate connection with your login/api details, and make sure your market data is active. after that, you’re good to go.
