API access requirements

Hi,

Could we clarify some points regarding requirements listed there:

Do users that pass OAuth authorization (via 3rd parties!), should also meet that
requirements:

  • “You need a LIVE account with more than $1000 in equity.”
  • “You need a subscription to API Access.”

And do all NinjaTrader users have a “Tradovate Trader account”?
