Pruning empty positions/ Positions Module

For some reason over the past couple of weeks, I seem to have an issue keeping all my CURRENT positions where I can see them. It’s as if there was something previously that had been as a column that kept me positions all stacked together, instead of spaced out with empty positions taking up space in the module.

Can someone:

  1. tell me what to do to keep them sorted all together again like before, or
  2. tell me how to prune an empty position out of the module altogether? If I do not have a position open, I’d really rather keep the empty symbol out of the module.
