When you click to drag and move the chart around there is a bug that can happen that creates a confusing situation.
It happens when you let go of the mouse button while the cursor is hovering over the dashed line that separates indicator panels. It changes to an icon that lets you adjust the height of the panel. If you let go while that icon is visible you get stuck in a state of constant movement of the chart until you click the chart again.
The natural thing to do is to click the mouse button again to get out of this weird state and doing so puts you into the buy/sell stop/limit trade action further adding to the confusion.
