I had none of these problems with Rithmic Trader… i just switched to Tradovate.
Does this happen often?
I’ve been trading with Tradovate for months and it’s the first time it happens something like this, at least for me.
Im Right now from today with founden acc and they increased the margin and cant place a trade even if im willing per contract risking 1000$ wtf .
We are reaching out to inform you of an important update regarding an incident we have reported to Tradovate’s team which may have impacted Tradovate trading account(s) dated January 12th, 2025.
Due to a technical issue that surfaced at Market Open, January 12th, we will be addressing all Tradovate accounts that were affected during this time. This applies to both Evaluation Accounts and Performance Accounts. We will provide an update shortly regarding the steps that will be taken**.**
In the meantime, Trading has been halted as of 8:59pm ET, January 12th, until further notice, in light of the issue we have reported to Tradovate we deployed a halt to prevent accounts from further being impacted.

Orders working again.
Yeah and I now have -400 $ balance that when I left the session last night… Incredible… They just cancelled my possitive trades. The last order that was filled automaticaly was - 4 $ are you kidding me…
mine was working and then i traded a couple and its doing the same thing again
I think its a bug. Mine settled for some days but yesterday it happened again
Got in contact with Tradovate support, they were kind and gave me information about the problem but suggested to get in contact with Apex HelpDesk. I sent a ticket to Apex yesterday, still waiting for an answer or the $ 400 to be added again to my account. I’ll try to remain patient as the support deparment must have a lot of work these days because this issue.

Today is 1/28/2025, I have the same problem tdy i made almost 7k on my funded during Asian nd Gld look like its about to continue up i tried to enter but couldnt cs autoliq. But before i could login tradingview said its a problem with tradovate integration so maybe their services are jst messed up at the moment im jst hoping everything i made in the night session holds.

Today I just got this error too - did they just kill my account because of tech problems Tradovate has had today? This is literally one micro around 11:30am ET.
i also got the same AutoLiq 50000.0% error multiple times..… FRUSTRATING.. dont know what may be the issue.. but after error it alowed to place one trade.. again issue.. today is a BIG news FOMC day.. does it relate to anything?

I got an email from Apex - As a proactive measure, Tradovate has placed a temporary halt on all trading until 6:00 PM ET today, which will prevent any new positions from being opened.
Not sure if that is for all companies using Tradovate or just Apex.
If that is indeed the case would be nice to get Apex to send a email blast about it, I dont have anything, so mayeb that was in response to a ticket.
This is new - I tried again and TradingView (as front end for Tradeovate) and i got an audio “Order Rejected” - never heard a voice from TV before
Has Tradovate officially announced this statement?
Those people are reddit, where are they getting that announcement from?
They said it was an email in response to a support ticket.

My Apex tradovate account reports the same Error=‘Order rejected’ Native error=‘AutoLiq 50000.0%’ notifications. I just checked the Apex dashboard Status Updates. There is a new status report on today as follows.
