Looking for help regarding new charting tools

Hello
I have been having difficulty every time I log on sometimes I will get new charting tool on chart other times its the old charting tools. I am quite frustrated. Am I suppose to re down load platform?
I have no idea what is going on. Thank you

There are 2 different charts available there is a legacy Chart and the new Beta Chart and they have different drawing tools. This might be why you are seeing different tools. Make sure you are using the one you want.
