Limit order from a braket is frozen. I can't cancell it!

Hi! I’m using my APEX Evaluation Account and about to hit my profit target. I used a bracket order and hit my Profit target but it did not sell the contracts, I had to exit manually using the sell market order button. Now my stop loss is frozen and I can’t seem to move it or cancel it. This is really frustrating because I’m about to pass my eval account and I don’t want this frozen order to execute later in the day.
