I setup a hotkey of shift + Z to let me quickly draw horizontal lines. It sporadically works, but most of the time when I click on the chart to draw the line, it gives me order entry options instead of drawing.
How can I fix this, or this just another of many bugs I am finding in this software?

Would you be able to contact our support team (whether via email, phone, or chat)? They should be able to collect some information and logs and escalate details to the tech team as needed
