Grouping 2 separate APEX tradovate accounts

The group trade article is a bit confusing:

https://support.tradovate.com/s/article/Tradovate-Group-Trade?language=en_US

" Group Trade can only be used between accounts held with the same brokerage provider. For example, you cannot link a Tradovate account with a prop firm or evaluation service account. However, [two Tradovate Brokerage accounts] under the same username or two accounts from the same prop firm provider can be grouped and traded together."

But it also says:

" Step 1: Click the Account Dropdown located at the top of the Tradovate Web App, then select Manage Groups.* Note: If you only have one account linked to your username, this button will not be visible."

This 2nd parts reads as though you need 2 accounts under 1 username to begin with to create groups. But …

I have 2 accounts with apex, 1 business and 1 personal. Is it possible to link them together in Tradovate?

No. You cannot group trade them with the built-in Tradovate functionality.

However, you can use https://tradesyncer.com to accomplish what you want.
