Extended Tick Data History - Active but not working

How long does it take for the Extended Tick Data History to become available after payment?

I paid for the Add On on March 24 and the payment showed as Pending for over a day. Now the transaction has finally cleared and the Add On shows “Active” but… the Replay feature still only allows me to go back one week. I still get “Start Timestamp Adjusted” messages.
Is there something else I need to do? Something staff needs to do?

try waiting 24-48 hours for the data to sync if it doesn’t work contact support to check if anything needs to be done on their end

Hey just wanted to make sure the tick data works before purchasing. did you manage to get it fixed?
