Can we please get lockout settings like max # of trades per day, and once a loss limit or profit target is reached, we have options to lock ourselves out or not? As of right now, “Lock risk settings if trading locked” is only available with Live accounts, but not prop firm accounts. Why the discrepancy?
To clarify, it’s not as helpful to have a “Manual Lockout” button that a user clicks upon reaching a profit target/daily loss limit because the user could be “tilted” at that moment, and still revenge trade. Instead, the lockouts settings should have the option where the user is able to set it prior to block further actions if reached like in live accounts.
Not endorsing any prop firm, but if there’s one thing TS has done right, it’s their Risk Settings. Way more granular and it actually feels like the platform understands traders and dealing with tilt, revenge trading, etc. as they have settings that can restrict trade limits, PDLL/PDPT actions…
