API and drawing lines on a chart

I’m very new to Tradovate. From what I can see, the API allows you to create a program that takes trades, but what about being able to take trades and draw, let’s say, a horizontal line with a label on an open chart running either the Tradovate desktop or web app. Similar to how you can draw a horizontal line with your EA in MT5. Is this possible without having to create your own chart?
