API - Access Denied

I have purchased API Access and have been testing automated trading through Autoview with the simulation account which has been working fine. When I send the same command through to my live account however it is showing Access Denied. My script just sends orders it does not pull market data. I’m not sure if there is some paperwork I need to fill out or why it is being denied but would like to be granted access. Thank you!

Is there any kind of log you can send me? It sounds like maybe the deviceId field is missing from the API key. Can you confirm that you have the key’s permissions set to have Full Access (or the maximum access) for Orders and Positions?
