Recently you added the option to choose between the central time and local time for the notification Ticker clock which is very nice. I noticed the Tick Stream only prints orders in local time. It would make sense to also add a toggle somewhere for the Tick Stream too.
My suggestion is to add a settings for Tick Stream (currently there is no settings? 
) and then include that option in the settings popup.
