Tradovate maintains the right to liquidate accounts that fall below certain margin requirements. Tradovate’s liquidation policy may be updated from time to time as market conditions dictate. The policy is accessible inside the Tradovate Trader platform and if an update is made to the policy the updated policy will be shown to the user on their next login to the trader.
