Tradovate maintains the right to enforce penalties that prevent users from engaging in abusive behavior. On the Tradovate level this may include the introduction of fees and/or time penalties for exceeding certain request limits. Exchanges and ISVs may have their own additional anti-abuse policies which may change without notice.
