I inquired about opening a Roth IRA. The reply from support said “Yes, you can do that”, “same margins”, etc. But the reply did not explicitly say “Roth IRA”.
I went through the online process to open a new account. But there was no option to specify “Roth IRA”. So I’m concerned that I may have only opened a Regular IRA.
These funds and account types cannot be mixed without serious tax consequences.
Any insights regarding Roth IRAs at Tradovate? Is that specific account type available?
