Yes, the ability to have the background gray for after-hours and white for regular hours would be awesome

Worth reviving for this suggestion that wasn’t addressed by the theming updates (as far as I can tell). I’d love to be able to have after-hours shaded differently on the same chart. It’s pretty much my only negative comment on Tradovate so far.
