We will not be changing our margin policy as a result of this and the timings for requiring Day, Night and Initial margins will remain the same:
Tradovate offers reduced margins for both the day session as well as the overnight session.
Reduced day margins are currently available from 8:00 AM ET to 4:00 PM ET.
Reduced night margins are currently available from 6:00 PM ET to 8:00 AM ET.
Initial margins will be required from 4:00 PM ET to 5:00 PM ET and if you are holding a position at the close of any market.
