Increase TP by x amount of ticks pressing a hotkey

I’m a scalper trade 9:30 open at 15 sec chart. I use fix no of ticks for tp, sl and some times I know that market can give me extra 10-15 ticks in that momentum so I always miss a hotkey that can simply add some ticks in my tp.
