I can't authenticate with AlertDragon

This may not be the correct forum for this, but I don’t know where else to get help. I have a funded Tradovate account and I bought the api access. I set up the api key. I’m trying to connect Tradovate to TradingView using AlertDragon, which is supposed to make this easy. I keep getting this error message, which doesn’t give me any clue what’s actually wrong. Does anyone have experience with authenticating AlertDragon to Tradovate through the api?
Error message: Please verify authentication information. Message: Please try again after sometime.

Check with the prop account company that you are using.

It seems like classic P-ticket issue occurred due to one of the following reason.

  1. Entering invalid credentials while adding API key details in Alertdragon.
  2. If you have enabled two-factor authentication enabled in tradovate, you need to approve the login via an email sent by tradovate.

Note: if you are facing this issue, as suggest above try again after an hour.

Hi @Peter_Martensen Unfortunately this service AlertDragon has turned belly up… I would recommend checking the tool I have designed and has been in the Market since 2023 (before many copy traders…)

 I would appreciate some love!

Take a look!

  1. Connect your broker workflow.

Start by connecting a supported broker path. After that, Proteryx can display accounts, routing options, and execution controls.

See setup flow

  1. Build portfolios and routes.

Next, group accounts by strategy, prop firm, or risk profile. This helps you trade one setup across selected accounts.

View copier workflow

  1. Add brackets and risk controls.

Then, attach take profit, stop loss, and risk logic before the order is sent. As a result, the trade starts with defined protection.

Learn bracket orders

  1. Automate alerts when ready.

Finally, connect configured TradingView alerts to the workflow. You can keep manual control while adding automation where it fits.
