How can I use tradovate API's for prop firm eval and paid accounts

So there are lot of prop firms like Apex Trader funding that allows / gives users simulated test environments for testing their abilities so in that simulated environment and once I pass those tests then in their paid accounts can I use tradovate APIs

I need to find one that allows this as well. I one in the simulated environment as well, though.
