Getting p time when placing trades

Hi,

We are facing issues like sometime we get p time . Is p time get calculated for each user based or its based on combine limit of oauth api keys.

If its based on combine limit then how we could scale? Let’s say we have 10000 users and that would be making trade at same time so it would cause issues.

Any help would be really appreciated
