Click and Drag on axis to expand/shrink chart

Id like to be able to Click, hold and drag on the time axis to expand and shrink the chart horizontally. Also, i’d like to click, hold, and drag on the price axis to expand and shrink the chart vertically rather than use the + and - icons in the tool box. Also, scrolling the mouse wheel to expand and shrink the chart horizontally. It would just make the process of re sizing the chart faster and more efficient. Thanks
