The Tradovate API processes requests in the order they are received. However, during periods of high traffic chart data may be throttled. If you have made a high volume of chart requests, users who have made few requests in that period will have priority over your requests. Note that this applies only to the subscription requests, once a subscription has been established users can expect to receive real-time data normally.
