Has anyone else encountered issues trying to log into the the Android Tradovate Pulse app? I attempt logging in with my normal login info, but it refuses to recognize it and returns “Incorrect username or password. Please try again.” I have encountered this issue for about a month and haven’t been able to log in at all despite having a funded account and being able to use the browser and desktop programs flawlessly.
ive had that problem too. for me its not tradovate .its my phones auto login system. it remembers my username but it loads in a empty space before my username starts. i have a samsung . hope that helps
Thanks for mentioning that issue. I also have a Samsung, but do not have autologin enabled. I tried logging in from an iPhone and it logged in to the app normally. I wonder if it’s an issue that’s Samsung specific?
