Today I have found my account locked with no reasons, after funding. I have logged in once with my correct user and pass. The explanation is that I tried to open many times wrongly… I apologise but I did log in each day with same user and pass. Wonder why after funding my account is locked.
I have opened a ticker support and the explanation and advise was to open a new account with same email but with a new user. I did and once again it is imposible to open a new account.
Where are my funds?
