Hi - I’m paying for level 2 data and it was showing in the DOM perfectly until today. I changed nothing, I have the correct market month and I’ve confirmed it is still active in “Add-Ons”.
I had tried re-adding the panel on my dashboard and have tested it on other markets and it’s still only showing 1 level each way, not even 10. I’m trading ES which usually shows more than 10 levels anyway.
