Why am I having issue in applying for live trading account on tradovate. I can log in to my simulation account but the moment I tried logging in to live trading account, I get this error message:
“Cannot start a new customer application: We have noticed that your location does not match the Country of Residence;
Unfortunately, we cannot proceed with your application at this time.”
my country of residence is “Nigeria”
